New Siding Option
The board recently approved Hardie siding products as a replacement to the wood siding currently found on units. This should provide a longer lasting solution with more durability when replacing exterior panels.

The specific product will be added to the approved materials list and will still require architectural approval. It is expected to blend in with the current siding style.
Window Option Added
Replacing windows is an expensive project. Recently the board added an additional vendor to help give homeowners another option that can potentially lower costs. We will be adding the new vendor to the list soon.
Dog Park Opens!
Vernon River Plantation is a great place to live if you own a dog. Recently, the HOA board completed work to open the new dog park, located in the far corner of the property behind the tennis courts. It's just for residents (and their pets) and is getting plenty of use. Enjoy this brand new amenity!
